Quiet Logic

Affiliate Disclosure

One revenue source, stated in full, with what it does and does not influence.

Effective date: 7 October 2026

The short version

EU Building Partners s.r.o. earns money from this site in one way: paid affiliate links to World of Warships. If you follow one of those links and go on to create and activate an account, the affiliate network that operates the link pays us a commission. You pay no more than you would by typing the address yourself, and nothing about the game changes because you arrived through our link.

Where the links are and how to recognise them

Affiliate links appear as a button reading "Visit the World of Warships website", and every one of them has a line of text directly beneath it saying that it is a paid affiliate link. There are no hidden affiliate links in the body text, no affiliate links disguised as references, and no links that pass through a redirect of ours to conceal where they go. Each one points directly at the destination, and your browser will show you that address before you click it.

What the commission is paid for

The programme we take part in pays on a single opt-in basis for a download followed by the creation and activation of a new account. It is aimed at people who do not already play. We are not paid for page views, for time spent reading, or for anything you buy inside the game afterwards. We receive reports of how many sign-ups came from this site; those reports exist to reconcile payment and do not tell us who you are.

What the commission does not decide

It does not decide which questions appear on this site. It does not decide what an answer says, and it does not decide the order in which steps are recommended. The structure of every answer here puts the free steps before any purchase precisely so that commercial interest cannot quietly reorder them. Several answers state plainly that nothing should be bought for the problem described, and one answer tells readers running Linux that the product behind our links is of no use to them, because the programme's own terms state that Linux is not supported.

What does decide it

Questions are chosen because they recur: the same situations arrive repeatedly across different games and different machines, and those are the ones worth answering well. Answers are written to hold generally rather than to describe one version of one title, are checked against the publisher or government body that is the authority on the point, and link to that source so you can read it yourself. Our editorial method sets out how questions are selected and how answers are reviewed, including how often.

What we are not

Quiet Logic is not an official source for any product mentioned here, is not a reseller or authorised partner, and does not speak for any publisher. We have not been given information, pre-release access or payment to write favourably about anything, and nothing on this site has been reviewed or approved by a product owner before publication. Where we describe a product, the facts come from the programme terms or the vendor's own published material, and anything beyond that is written as general guidance.

Trademarks

Trademarks: World of Warships and the other product names, logos and brands on this site are owned by their respective owners. Other than the paid affiliate links explained in our disclosure, Quiet Logic is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

Questions about this

If you think a link is unclear, a disclosure is missing, or an answer reads as though it was written for the commission rather than for you, write to info@quietlogic.online. That is a correction we would want to make.
