How to reach us

Email is the only channel, and it is a plain address rather than a form. There is nothing on this site that collects information from you, so a message you send is the only thing we ever receive.

What is useful to include

For a correction, the page address and the sentence you believe is wrong are enough. For a question about an answer, it helps to say which game, which operating system and which of the free steps you have already tried, because that is the part we would otherwise have to ask for.

Please do not send health, financial or other sensitive details. We do not need them, and anything of that kind that arrives is deleted once it is clear it is not needed to answer.

Two things we cannot do. We cannot access, recover, unlock or investigate your game account, which only the publisher can do. And we cannot act on reports of scams or online abuse, which belong with the Australian bodies listed in the answer on reporting.

Postal mail reaches us at the registered address above, although email is considerably faster. There is no telephone number for this site and no live chat; neither would be answered, so neither is advertised.
